These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website at concretedelrio.com or who enter into a service agreement with us.
Precision Del Rio Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Del Rio, TX and the surrounding area. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, slab foundations, sidewalk installation, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and related concrete work.
All services are subject to a written agreement or contract between the Company and the customer. The scope, materials, timeline, and price of any project are defined in that written agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates and quotes provided by Precision Del Rio Concrete are based on site conditions, measurements, and project scope at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not final prices. A written contract with a firm price is required before any work begins.
Prices may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed at the time of the estimate, if the customer requests changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed, or if material costs increase significantly between the estimate and the project start date due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any price adjustment must be agreed to in writing by both parties before additional work proceeds.
We schedule projects based on availability and in the order commitments are confirmed. Confirming a project typically requires a signed contract and any applicable deposit.
Weather delays, permit delays, and conditions outside our control may affect the project start or completion date. We will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible if a schedule change is necessary.
If you need to cancel or postpone a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms - including any deposit forfeiture - are specified in the project contract. If no contract has been signed, there is no cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a project if site conditions, weather, or other factors make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest reasonable opportunity.
Payment terms are specified in the written project contract. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract. Payments are due on the dates stated in the contract. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract.
If a payment is not made when due, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on the project until payment is received. We also reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal remedies for unpaid balances.

If you fail to meet these responsibilities and it causes delays or additional costs, you may be responsible for those additional costs.
Any workmanship warranty we provide is specified in the written project contract. Warranties cover defects in our work under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by soil movement, tree roots, ground settlement, freeze-thaw cycles, improper use, vehicle loads exceeding what the slab was designed for, or events outside our control.
Concrete is a natural material. Minor surface variations, hairline cracks in non-structural areas, color variation, and surface blemishes are normal characteristics of concrete and are not covered by warranty unless specifically stated in the project contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Del Rio Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow limitations on certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and in good faith. If you have a concern about our services, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to address it.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before pursuing litigation. The mediator will be mutually agreed upon. The cost of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the courts of TX.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website or engagement of our services after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
